Mop spawner. Put mature adults in a tank with some spawning mops or thick plants. Leave them in there for a few days, them remove the adults or the mops. 10-20 eggs are laid at a time, but spawning happens almost daily.

A healthy environment, a cooler water change, and plenty of food.
The eggs take about 2 weeks to hatch. Once hatched, they can be fed infusoria or other very tiny foods. The fry grow very slowly compared to many other fish.
