Fry Care

Very similar to Amano fry although longer growth period. The blog below has great details, but I copied some crudely translated bits here for preservation purposes:

The best food to use is live phytoplankton 4x per day and then artemia later on.

Brackish water is required. In their case, the concentration was 28g/L, so closer to saltwater. They bred using pH 7.6 – 8.0, 21 dGH, and 10 – 15 dKH.

Move them to freshwater when they are almost transparent. You should be able to see the innards (a small dark spot on the neck), and they can swim like shrimp. This will be more than 4 weeks after birth. To do this, fill a container with the water from the breeding tank and add shrimp. Every 30 minutes, fill with fresh water from the destination tank until there is twice the amount of fresh water compared to the water from the breeding tank. To be safe, you can also monitor the shrimp in this for 24 hours before determining if safe to put in an established freshwater tank. They do not mention how much water, so probably just a small cup at a time. I would drip the water in to be very safe.

The development from larva to shrimp took them 3.5 - 4 months
